If you would like to create a program specific to your educational goals or would just like to plan a group excursion with purpose for you and your friends, we can make that happen! Depending on location and program type, we can create a custom program for a single individual or a group as large as 40. Whether you represent a credit-bearing course, student organization, private health care practice, or a group of friends or you are an individual desiring a language immersion experience, ISL can provide you a unique opportunity to engage with the world. A custom program allows you to choose your dates, location, and service- learning focus and in some cases, your programs’ learning, cultural, and recreational activities.

Things to consider when planning a Custom Program:

• What are the desired learning outcomes?
• What skills/training do we bring to the table?
• Will this experience be part of a credit-bearing course?
• Will this be an annual or reoccurring trip?
• What is our desired group size?
